Having been led, as we believe, by the Holy Spirit to receive the Lord Jesus Christ as our Savior, and on the profession of our faith, having been baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and in agreement with the Fresno Church Statement of Faith, we do now, in the presence of God and this assembly, most solemnly and joyfully enter into covenant with one another, as one body in Christ.

As members of Fresno Church, we, by the grace of God, the enabling of the Holy Spirit, and guidance from Scriptures, promise to strive to…

• Develop and practice both personal and family spiritual disciplines.
• Maintain a lifestyle that is consistent with our new, holy nature.
• Consistently deny the works of the flesh in our own lives. 
• Maintain the unity of the Spirit by walking in brotherly love with my fellow church members.
• Be quick to forgive, slow to take offense, and work toward reconciliation.
• Pursue authentic, accountable relationships with other believers for the purposes of discipleship, admonition, and sanctification.
• Not forsake the assembling of ourselves, but rather seek to encourage, care, and pray for one another.
• Use our spiritual gifts to serve the body of Christ.
• Regularly seek opportunities to share our faith with unbelievers.
• Cheerfully lead generous lives by supporting the ministry of the Fresno Church, offering relief to the poor, and giving for the advancement of the gospel around the world.

May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God the Father, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with us all. Amen.
